Returns & order issues

Contact us within 48 hours if you are unhappy with an order. Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Because the trading-card market moves quickly, trading card sales are final. Same-day delivery exceptions may be considered at the shop’s discretion. Any accepted return must have its factory seal intact and be in original condition.

Non-store-error returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
