Patrick Mahomes II's 2026 Topps 1991 Topps Football 35th Anniversary insert #91TF-13 pairs the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback with the classic 1991 Topps design. The front shows Mahomes holding the football in his red Chiefs uniform, framed by red and yellow borders and the anniversary emblem.
This is the standard unsigned, unnumbered anniversary insert, not a Crackle Foil parallel or a rookie card. It is a modern 2026 release paying tribute to the 1991 design, not an original 1991 card.
The reverse highlights Mahomes' improvisational passing and lists his 2025 season totals of 3,587 passing yards and 22 touchdowns in 14 games.
Condition: NRMT/MT. Please review the front and back photos for the card's appearance and condition.
